Support Consultant – Hotel Systems Post Date: 17 Mar 09
Typical Duties:
*
Assist in configuring and installing and supporting your product
suite and associated interfaces when required
*
Work with customers to ensure that the contractual service
expectations are exceeded.
*
Responsible for the entry, tracking and management of all
incoming support calls.
*
Work with the support teams to ensure service level requirements
are exceeded.
*
Provide pre-sales support to local and regional partners.
*
Provide end user training.
*
Liaise with subject matter experts in the regional office on
client requests for product enhancements.
*
Be familiar with and adhere to the latest training and
installation standards and procedures.
*
Ensure familiarity with new releases as they become available.
*
Duties may include travel, shiftwork and weekend work.
Qualification :
*
Familiarity with Windows 2000 / 2003 Operating System, Windows
98, 2000, XP and Microsoft SQL Server is highly desirable.
*
Familiarity with Crystal Reports is high regarded.
*
Basic working knowledge of networks, PCs and troubleshooting
installation issues is highly regarded.
*
Excellent written and spoken English are highly regarded.
*
Fluency in Asian languages highly regarded.
*
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Hospitality,
Information Technology or related disciplines.
*
