Regional Training Manager

(Jakarta based)

Job Responsibilities:

1.
Taking care of a segment of business centers in Indonesia
2.
Motivate new business centers to achieve their target quickly
3.
Motivate new members in achieving more through training module
4.
Developing each business center and maintaining them according
to the company's SOP.

Requirements:

1.
Having at least 3-4 years of experience in a management and
training position in sales department within a
garment/retail/cosmetics manufacturing company.
2.
Mobile
3.
Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
